Chris Pronger is a Philadelphia Flyer
Posted by Mother Pucker on June 26th, 2009The first trade of the day has been announced, and it’s Chris Pronger to the Philadelphia Flyers for Luca Sbisa, Joffrey Lupul and two first-round picks.
What do you think? Is the 34 year old worth it for the Flyers? I think that he is instant return for the Flyers, but don’t know how long term the guy will be over there.
How about on the other end? Did the Ducks get Pronger’s worth in return?
Good riddance! I haven’t been interested in seeing the Ducks play even though they’re my local team.
I still dislike him because of his hot potato action in dropping the Oilers after they made it into the final round…
It’ll be nice to see some NHL games next season without him!
