Brian Burke is Done With Anaheim
I wonder how happy Brian Burke is now that he is no longer committed to the Anaheim Ducks? I bet he is pretty pumped, and is probably happy that he basically forced the Ducks hand in moving him out, rather than trying to fight his way out of their organization. Regardless, he is gone now, and its time for Bob Murray to take over.
So as it seems that Burke is generally loved or loathed league wide, it’s time to discuss what his furture holds. It’s glaringly obvious that Burkie wants the job in Toronto, but will he get it? I’m sure there are people that want him to have it in the worst way, but his is apparently seeking upwards of $4 million a year to take that role on. Can you want a job SO badly, and then still demand a certain salary? Is anyone else hoping that Burke screws himself out of his dream job, or any job at all?

Well as a Ducks fan I have seen the good and back of burkie. It was time for him to go and all the best.
Well as of right now on Friday, the Ducks have filed paperwork with the NHL allowing Burke to speak with any team he wishes.
Tell me what you're thinking...
